One mango
Oats with turmeric, asafoetida, full fat yoghurt, and leftover dal

Drank:
Tulsi tea

 

Sourdough bread with butter

Some roasted peanuts
Some dried dates
Brown rice with jackfruit huli

Drank:
Warm milk with turmeric, asafoetida, black pepper
