the great wave-esque style that was initially weaved on tanjiro's blade was just beautifully animated in this opening

completely made it for me

 

I do plan to watch it, probs after it airs.

 

Slowly starting to like it more. Maybe I was being too biased from the get go

 

Just watched episode one and it was pretty enjoyable. I like the setting and look forward to seeing where it goes. Also, RIP mommy.

 

Episode 2 was pretty good. I'm a bit confused as to why the demon in this ep could speak but the sister cannot. I wonder if she will be able to in time. Feel like there's a training arc next.

 

Episode 3 was pretty good. I thought the training was going to span several episodes, but I'm glad it didn't. It was a bit annoying some moments it trying to cram humor into it. The rock split moment was kino. Not sure if I like MC with longer hair, looks kinda weird.

 

Straight into some action now with ep 4. So those two were indeed dead. Damn, though. Pretty savage how that demon had been praying on them all though, but the fight was great. Finished it very unexpectedly for the demon.

Also got some good information about the Demons. They do indeed get stronger with the more they eat. I assume this would also go for intelligence. Tbh, I get some Claymore inspiration from this.

 

Ep 5. Emotional reunion upon his return and Nezuko finally awoke, albeit briefly. He also got his sword. A black blade, nice. Also, he should've asked the giant old demon about turning back from a demon to a human not mindless ones lol.

 

Some more action with ep 6. I like how the old guy turned Nezuko into a weapon against the demons, makes for some neat scenes.

 

Well shit, didn't expect them to follow through and keep the girls all dead wew. That wrapped up nicely though and I also didn't expect to meed the OG Muzan so soon.
