That's good to hear. I always hear/read sad shit about the African continent in mainstream news sources. But then I delve into alternate news sources and I keep hearing a lot of positive shit that mainstream news won't cover because "muh TRPs".

    Yeah.

    Want to have a kid?

    Pass a parental exam.

Autism is a genetic condition. The exact genetic mechanisms of autism are unclear, but the scientific consensus is that autism is genetic.

But you're right about the smartphone use. It is not good. I've seen five years olds and even four year olds with glasses these days. I was born premature, half the weight of a normal newborn, my mother and all of her siblings have glasses, both of my grandparents got glasses in their 20s, I watched a lot of TV as a kid (and keep in mind that the TVs you and I grew up with were not as eye friendly as today's TVs); and yet I still got glasses only at 12 years old.

Many farmers and rural folk in Tasmania to this day report Thylacine sightings. There are also supposed sightings in many parts of Australia (where the Thylacine did once thrive). There could also be remaining populations in parts of New Guinea.

Australia is a big ******* place, most of its interior being inaccessible or at least extremely difficult to access. New Guinea is a mysterious place, a large chunk of whose interior forests are unexplored.

Just imagine if it turns out there is an unknown population of Thylacine somewhere and we kickstart a breeding programme. Or if someone decides to pull a John Hammond; the Thylacine is strongly being considered for reintroduction via cloning in the coming decades. We just need genetic and cloning methods to evolve a bit.

He's one of those imperialist cunts who wants the old "glory days" back.

I have relatives in the UK. They teach the kids about UK colonisation there in history classes, but they whitewash the history and don't teach them about all of the atrocities that the UK committed against her colonies.

Yeah. The people of Central Asia and Siberia make their home in a region where agriculture is nigh impossible. They rely on limited food imports (mostly potatoes, onions, some of the cheaper greens and cheaper spices) and meat in order to just survive. That's why conservation groups take these people into consideration - and into their recruitment - when undertaking conservation measures in these areas. Plus, it's in the very interest of these people that poaching and caviar poaching be cracked down on.

I'll tell you what changed: You grew the heck up and realised that it's okay to have a bit of a cry every now and then, and that suppressing your emotions is simply not healthy.

Going out or binging movies at home?

It should be forbidden to me to watch dramatic anime movies. I can't remember when I was crying that much while watching a movie.

I'm not even joking, of 1 hour and 50 minutes of the movie, I was in tears in 50 minutes of it.
