    Synopsis​
    The daughters of Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha set out on a journey transcending time!

    In Feudal Japan, Half-Demon twins Towa and Setsuna are separated from each other during a forest fire. While desperately searching for her younger sister, Towa wanders into a mysterious tunnel that sends her into present-day Japan, where she is found and raised by Kagome Higurashi's brother, Souta, and his family.

    Ten years later, the tunnel that connects the two eras has reopened, allowing Towa to be reunited with Setsuna, who is now a Demon Slayer working for Kohaku. But to Towa's shock, Setsuna appears to have lost all memories of her older sister.

    Joined by Moroha, the daughter of Inuyasha and Kagome, the three young women travel between the two eras on an adventure to regain their missing past.

    Comes out in just a couple days now!

    This came out of left field, at least for me when it was announced since it had been so long since InuYasha (ranma next plz rumiko). InuYasha is one of the first animes where I knew I was watching anime, so the hype I have for this spin-off is real.

    So far from the images and trailers, I love what I see. Hopefully I'm not the only ancient weeb here who is excited.

    Correct me if i am wrong but Original Inuyasha anime(including Final Act) did cover the entire manga didn't it.

    yeah i checked
    i didn't think they had since i never watched TFA and it was only 26 ep long but they covered 200 chaps in it lol

    I actually watched the 2 episodes and found it above okay which great since i despise sequel of any kind after the shitshow Boruto was.

    The animation is great and Plot does not look forced so this may be one of great anime sequel.

    Is Rumiko Takahashi helping with plot considering she is doing a manga named MAO if i remember correctly?
