What type of tea and would like a standard dutch cocoa powder work? I may try this. I've been recently making hot chocolate by just melting semi-sweet chocolate chips in milk as opposed to using something like Ovaltine.

Ooty, Madikeri, Munnar tea powder are best for chocolate tea (medium CTC and dust tea powder should work, but not long leaf). Assam CTC should also work, but it won't have the kick of the other three I mentioned. Not sure about what cocoa powder would be best though.

As for chocolate milk, I just drink Bournvita or add a couple of teaspoons of chocolate syrup to boiled milk
