    I thought about it, I'll have to go with Kirei, but Izaya is great, so check out Durarara if you haven't already.

    Going with izaya. He's literally one of my fav character's, not to mention all that he's done, imo, he takes this.

    That's not to say kirei isn't a better villain, it's more of a personal choice, or rather who i like more.
