    I finally finished my research, I present....THE VITAMIN O-ne Piece.

    It's a drug which makes you addicted to One Piece.

    First batch shipping to America and India.

    It's time OnePieceism goes worldwide.

    @Gobb

    Waterfox has some really useful features, bro.

    It has a feature called "Container Tabs" (essentially a form of specialised tab grouping) and one of them includes a Private Container Tab function. In regular browsing mode you can, with just one click, turn any one tab of your choosing into a private tab; and it is a separate self-contained private browsing session of its own (separate even from the main Private Waterfox window that might also be active at the time). This essentially gives you the option of two separate ongoing Private Browsing sessions (that are independent of each other).

    I have found it (and the container tabs thing in general) to be quite useful for work (because it involves a lot of tax filing and banking-related shit). Throw in a notes extension, and the productivity is quite good.

    That sounds amazing. Out of curiosity (this might go against the point of it) but can you "continue where you left off" including those private container tabs? If so, genuinely might consider moving to it.

    @upsurge @JoeJoe @Phenom

    Had a little bit of a halt in working on it mostly due to be thinking up what makes sense in terms of the saving, because of the below issue, but then I thought about the whole unchecking thing and I think I have the general menu making sense. From the bars if you select one bar as the custom bar, it doesn't check the normal rank checkbox. This is intentional design because I figure it would be far more annoying to have to uncheck the rank every time if you only use the custom rank and change it to a different rank. Still a bit messy because still using dev mode, the bars on top are just an example to show how the bars on the left look - might even impose a limit of 5 bars(?). Also I need to fix the sorting as they don't display the ranks in order (could also do custom order(?).

    If you close all private container tabs, you obviously can't continue where you left off, as that separate "private container tab session" will be considered closed (like closing a separate private browsing window). However, if you pin any one private container tab in the regular browsing session, then you should be able to continue where you left off with any new private container tabs that you open in the current regular session, as they will be treated as part of the private container tab session as well. I, for example, have one private container tab pinned with a local file open, which contains log-in ids and passwords for GST portal. You could also consider just keeping open the about: downloads page in one pinned tab, right click on it, select "Make Private Tab" (Ctrl+Alt+T), and use that as the base for a private container tab session.

    Note:

    1. If you do the latter, then note that the about: downloads page for the regular session and private container session will be separate. The former will show downloads from regular session only, while the latter will show downloads from the private container session only.

    2. If you outright close a regular browsing session, you can't restore private container tabs using the "Restore Previous Session" option in history menu. All other container tabs (if any) will be restored, but not private container tabs.

    Another option is to open a separate window or container tab group with Waterfox History disabled, which should be possible if you dick around in the container tab settings and about:config. However, I have not tried this method yet, and it seems like too much of a hassle.

    And, of course, since Waterfox is based on Firefox, you can outright disable history in the settings with two clicks. This will not save history, cookies, log-in credentials, etc. in-between sessions even in the regular browsing mode, and you can also still use the separate private container tab sessions and private browsing window all on their own. Do note that this will also outright disable the "Restore Previous Session" option in history menu.

    Well, Waterfox is essentially Firefox with some additional useful bits and a tad less RAM consumption. If you are already a regular Firefox user, moving to forks like Waterfox, Librewolf, even Zen is easy.

    First thing you should do if you install it is to set tracking protection to "Strict". Then install ublock origin and privacy badger from the Mozilla Firefox Add-ons store. Then you can do whatever else you want.

    Only downside I can think of with Waterfox is that the Cookie Banner Blocker can break some websites in private browsing mode. However, if you install both ublock origin and privacy badger, then you can just disable that setting. Privacy Badger allows you to block trackers and cookies of your choosing anyway.

    Would custom order be too much of a pain in the ass to implement? If so, then don't even bother?

    I don't think it would, but might just skip it for now.
