    Synopsis
Suffering years of workplace abuse and shuffling between different countries to take on jobs no one else wants, Dennosuke Uchimura never expected his next transfer to be to another world. After all, his tireless efforts catch the Demon Lord's attention; he deems Uchimura the perfect candidate to fill the vacant spot among the Four Heavenly Generals.

Despite Uchimura being an ordinary human, he earns the Demon Lord's recognition through his knack for solving impossible situations—a skill he honed through years as an overseas manager. With rising dissension among the demon army and failing negotiations with other tribes, it is up to Uchimura to justify the faith bestowed upon him and bring one final push for the Demon Lord's vision of dominance and perfection.

Episode 1 was good. The Demon King assembled his four generals. Ulmandra the Inferno Assailant, Sylphid Archmage of Storms, Gnome Earthen Bastion and finally Uchimura Uchimura Overseas Manager who he summoned from another world. xD

Back in his world, after going through the awful job hunting process, Uchimura began working at a company. Obviously he put in a lot of effort and tried to rise through the ranks, but while all of his other colleagues had success, he didn't despite seemingly doing more work. This just had the company abuse what he was willing to do, so they shipped him off overseas to get an overseas branch up and running. After a lot of struggling, he finally got things going smoothly, which is when they shipped him off to the next overseas venture to get up and running which is basically when he was summoned.

The Demon King has seen his worth, and given his goal of uniting Demons and Demi Humans, he sees what Uchimura has been able to do as a massive win for him, so wants his assistance while offering great worker rights. xD The other generals naturally protest, so a trial is prepared. Ulmandra takes this as a combat test, so goes to attack him but luckily the Demon King steps in. xD The trial is to successfully make a pact with the Minotaur Trible which has been a struggle so far.

Ulmandra was previously the one trying to form a pact with Lord Tarius, but it fell apart again. From his overseas experience, Uchimura gathered that it was basically banter of the negotiation process that Tarius was wanting, so when he did that and put the hay back in, as that was meant for him to sleep on which sealed the deal. It was a misunderstanding preventing the alliance. xD Seems like Ulmandra has already made Uchimura her friend.

Episode 2 was good. Uchimura's next task was making a successful pact with the Ogre tribe and they are almost akin to a competitor. Ulmandra accompanied Uchimura to the Ogre tribe, and was immediately getting mad at having to wait to see the Chief, Ogure. xD

The Chief comes off a bit demanding and like a dictator like the rumours seemed to suggest. He requested they bring the Demon King's head, then they can work under him which naturally angered Ulmandra. Uchimura defused the situation and left, but was also angry at his words. Ogure's daughter Olulu who is quite a beauty came to request they overthrow her father due to the current state of things. They're struggling with financial problems including things like food provisions. It's because of Ogure's health being in decline affecting his strength. Ogure see's they need to rely on the Demon Army to rebuild, but Ogure refuses. Uchimura lecture's her on oversharing information. This has her propositioning Uchimura to marry her to help things. xD Naturally that pissed off Ulmandra. xD

In the end, with the help of Olulu, they annexed the surrounding tribes getting them to ally with the Demon Army due to the lack of help they were receiving from the Ogre tribe due to their own circumstances. This forced Ogure to accept with his daughter having helped make the other alliances. Olulu became a representative of the ogre tribe and then accepted Uchimura's proposal to work under him.

Episode 3 was good. Olulu has been busy at work under Uchimura, she completed negotiations with the Werebear Tribe. Uchimura also received a distinguished service award for the successful negotiation with the Ogre Tribe. xD Gim Porridge is the stable food for the demons, which seems like a tiny portion of scraps and watered down at that. Seeing his disappointment, Ulmandra took him hunting. She took out a huge hellhog which had even eaten five orcs. Ulmandra's idea of cooking the meat, was to not even remove the fur, just torch it basically burnt with her magic. xD Naturally it tasted fowl to Uchimura. He took the oven of the Orc tribe, and cooked up a dish which they all loved.

On their way back, Uchimura made a comment about Ulmandra covering up which made her so bad she left him alone and went back. When he finally got back, he was ordered to not apologize by the Demon King. Uchimura took it upon himself to learn more about the culture. Essentially, the stronger the demons body the stronger their magic and they show off their bodies as it's showing off the hard work they put in. On the flip side, Ulmandra was crying to Olulu that Uchimura didn't find her attractive and she realised it was a misunderstanding, and she seemed like a tease lol.

In the end, they both went back and apologized to each other and put forth their words, ending in a good outcome.

Episode 4 was good. Uchimura thought he somehow messed up when going for a one on one meeting with the Demon King. xD The Demon King tasked Uchimura with finding a way to bridge to social gap between demons and demi humans. The most obvious reason for this is due to only demons being able to use magic. So, the solution is for Uchimura to find a way to allow everyone to use magic, and with the help of magic stones and Sylphid.

Interestingly, to avoid work, Sylphid disguises herself as her own secretary Belinda. xD Uchimura did see through it, with a little tip from the Demon King and some other things he noticed. Sylphid already had made a magic item to allow people to cast spells, but it was too expensive to mass produce. The solution was to water it down to only cast a single spell, allowing the use of lower quality magic stones which lowered the cost. Ulmandra thinks Uchimura proposed to her and wants to settle down, so has been stalking him and when she saw him go into the residence alone with Sylphid as Belinda, she kind of lost it. xD When she finally opened the door after the whole night of them working, she hit Uchimura doing damage, but she was tricked by Sylphid into thinking that the "Belinda" wasn't there only Sylphid was.

The test was on with the newer version of the magical item, and a horde of footprint birds were spotted attacking several towns, so they're the test. It seemed to go well at first, but after several uses the stone was basically useless as it began cracking. When redesigning it again, Uchimura noticed that the sound it emitted is what the monsters didn't like at all, so they made several to emit the sound, which successfully warded monsters off, with virtually no strain on the magic stone, leading to a much more practical use case. The Demon King ordered these to be mass produced and supplied all over. Sylphid was very grateful to Uchimura for helping her get out of her rutt.

Episode 5 was good. Uchimura invited Ulmandra to the largest market place, and with advice from Olulu she dressed to impress over her plan of wearing a bikini top, and it went well. But, Uchimura was all about researching the market place (work) where Ulmandra thought it was a date so she's a bit pissed he's so focused on work. xD They came across a seller of pure gold, and Uchimura bought some gold drinking vessels as a pair, one use-case is as wedding goblets, so Ulmandra misunderstood the intention. xD

One thing they are trying to look into is the cost of food, for example Gim. The merchant selling it wasn't making super large profit, so it seems like it's the wholesaler. Genome came across Ulmandra and Uchimura conversing and she told them about Ruuya custom of her kind where they give out gifts. An older couple of mouse demi humans came begging for help. They run a Chimozu store which has been declining. A merchant name Butagalian placed a huge order thinking he could profit from the cheap cost with Gim prices soaring, but pulled out when he came to learn that it had a single day expiration. This left the older couple with a bunch of stock made with no profit from it. Ulmandra and Uchimura agreed to help.

Using some marketing around Ruuya that Genome told Uchimura about a pair in love getting their wish granted after sharing some chimozu under the moon, and the re-use of chimozu into other dishes, they managed to snag a younger customer base over the dwindling older customers. Uchimura got the other use-case ideas for chimozu due to it basically being like Mochi.

Uchimura reported about the seller of the pure gold and the Golden Country and suggested coming to a trade agreement with it. The Demon Lord told him to use the Rosemarin developed by Sylphid as the item to trade with the Golden Country. He also warned him to be wary of the King.

Episode 6 was good. The negotiations with the Rampage King started a bit rough in that immediately the Rampage King gained the upper hand with Uchimura grovelling a bit. But, things seemed to go to plan when Uchimura offered silverware items which enraged the Rampage King, leading to the offer of the Rosemarin for the gold. The silverware items were simply an anchor point to help high price negotiation for the Rosemarin. The Rampage King unleashed a crocodile to prove the claims of the Rosemarin warding off monsters for their gold mine. When it proved to be true, a huge order was placed for a large amount of gold.

Uchimura revelled in how well this seemed to go according to his plan, and was quick to drop the huge amount of orders on poor Sylphid who had to scramble a bit and struggle to make it work in the tight timeframes. After that, the Rampage King ordered multiple additional 100 item orders, which was agreed to. At the last minute, the Rampage King somehow got another source and cancelled the orders leaving the Demon Army in a terrible spot. Uchimura felt naturally responsible due to being too cocky about his deal, but the Demon King insisted that how things ended would depend on his response.

They couldn't find the new source the Rampage King got, and in the end Ulmandra kidnapped Uchimura to help cheer him up, and Olulu joined in too. The source is Butagalian that likely corrupt merchant from the previous episode, but he refused to reveal his source to the Rampage King.

Episode 7 was good. As expected, Butagalian was the one stealing the Rosemarins and then selling them off to the Rampage King. He stole them from the villages though, leaving them to suffer monster attacks. This had the Demon Army investigate this, and their lead was the villages reporting the Rosemarins ceasing to work, that's when they discovered they were stolen.

The plan to expose it all, was having Sylphid to create replicas that did nothing, so when Butagalian stole them, they were taken to the Rampage King, and he was enraged by having useless things sold to him, that's when Uchimura came in and be able to expose Butagalian's shady dealings.

The Rampage King planned on killing Butagalian, but Uchimura ended up stepping in and managed to defuse the situation by making the King laugh. Turns out Butagalian did some good selling items in dangerous war-torn areas, and adopted kids. Those kids worked for him, which is why Uchimura helped him. He was then entrusted as the merchant for selling the Rosemarins and decided to stop his shady dealings.

Episode 8 was good. Ulmandra was forced to split, so this time Uchimura travelled with Sylphid to investigate the guild and Gim supply issue since they've been in control of it. Sylphid went to help due to the current guild leader positions being filled with elves. Sylphid's younger half brother Viper Lordpent is the current leader running it. due to elves struggling with falling pregnant, the Lordpent Family had children with demi-humans for generations, and those children inherited some characteristics of both parents. Sylphid is half fairy and Viper is half Naga, so is more snake-like. Some of the elves including Viper ended up becoming greedy, which is unusual for elves. They have become involved in slavery and other unsavoury acts after burning down the elf village, which is why Sylphid left.

At first, Uchimura tried to negotiate a trade, but it went terribly. They found Neia a slave of Viper and helped her after she begged to be saved. Neia ended up betraying them, not actually being a slave in name, but she basically still is due to circumstance. She was forcefully taken from her family who are branch members of the Lordpent family, and Viper treats her terribly and beats her. So, she betrayed Uchimura because she was ordered to, and for self-preservation, due to her being expendable. This is how when they went to surprise audit the guild, there was no Gim and records seemed fine. The Gim has being transported and hidden by a caravan and will return in a few days where Neia's parents are helping.

After Ulmandra came back in, a comment she made has given Uchimura the solution, so wonder how he plans to handle things.

Episode 9 was good. That was an interesting turn of events. So Uchimura acted as if he had no idea that Neia was actually a spy for Viper, and let her do her thing due to already realizing her predicament due to the look of her being mentally broken/defeated and also the bruises she had. Still, they planted false information in the second meeting, indicating they were going to hand out smoked wyvern meat to help which Neia reported to Viper after getting away from being cornered by Sylphid where Sylphid said she knew that she was betraying them and Neia seemed to blame Sylphid probably for running away.

Viper didn't believe what Neia said to him, or more specifically the small bend in the truth about where they were going to start distributing the meat, so he beat her again and locked her up. Viper was way too overconfident in them bringing the gim back before the meat would be sold securing a complete victory.

Viper was woken up the next morning for it to be revealed that Uchimura and the others were actually handing out gim. They had traded the Wyvern meat to some Demi-humans and secured a huge amount of gim quickly. The other guild members also voted Viper out after his abuse of Neia came to light, where she was brave and spoke out. Seems like the Lordpent family is done, for now. But, Viper did warn of a coming calamity.

Due to Neia's father being one of the caravaners protesting against Viper and delaying the caravan by flipping his leading wagon over, an agreement was made for Uchimura to safely take in Neia where she will now work as a secretary.

Episode 10 was good. So the calamity was a horde of wyverns attacking areas. A natural disaster which once even wiped out a village.

Uchimura, Genome and Ulmandra were shipped out to the front lines to deal with them in one area. Things were going bad due to the infighting due to differences in how demons and demi-humans work in combat, plus the demons needing more food, so Uchimura was put in charge by Genome to fix this. He was put up as the Hero, and changed the approach to combat as well as optimized logistics to improve supplies coming in at a better rate, which massively improved things. It allowed them to promptly take out all the wyverns without causalities.

With the success, the women were ordered back, including Ulmandra, but Olulu and Neia came with bad news, the wyverns attacked the two other fortresses at the same time and Ulmandra is fighting them alone while they head to the Demon Lord's castle. Almost seems like they're controlled. Ulmandra seemingly defeated them all, but it's a bit dramatic with her passing out, I assume she's just exhausted.

Episode 11 was good. Ulmandra was ok, but just exhausted so she had to remain resting. Uchimura, Genome and Sylphid headed the defence against the on-going calamity. They worked out that the dragons were targeting women, so a plan was devised to use the female soldiers as bait before the combined forces would attack the wyverns to take them out. This worked worked well after Uchimura gave his speech about there not being a hero, so they had to all work together to defend their homes and loved ones.

A larger wyvern (or dragon) appeared, and was lining up Uchimura for a shot which is when Ulmandra appeared saving him. Ulmandra, Sylphid and Genome all attacked taking it out. That's when the real calamity appeared, a huge dragon which was the size of a mountain. The Demon Lord appeared and dealt with it, so all ended well.

Episode 12 was alright, not a huge fan. The Demon Lord asked Uchimura to become King as his dream was for there to be no Kings, as they are somehow the source of calamities? But then, if Uchimura becomes Kings, there's still a King??? Uchimura intended to refuse and resign from his position, but every time he went speak to one of the other generals, they just thanked him for his help, and talked about continuing to need his help. Ulmandra was the last one to speak to, and she was pissed that he spoke to Genome and Sylphid first. xD But, she was the one that broke down Uchimura and he changed his mind. In the end, Uchimura agreed to try and become King and improve things, but he wasn't going to go about it by way of power.
