Not a bad GPU that you have there. Just a shame that it is limited by such a narrow memory buffer. RTX 3050 should have honestly been 6 GB at least.

 

yeah the gpu is the main botttleneck in most games. Even elden ring on med/high 1080p pushes the vram consumption to max.

 

The GPU chip of the 3050 actually should support 6 GB VRAM in theory. Nvidia artificially limited it so as not to have it cannibalize the sales of the 3060, which they limited to 6 GB even though it should support 8.
