    Well, you see it would be very cruel and dumb to do so. All we have to do is not penalize the parents but instead, penalize the children. Well if you still don't get it here's the watered down version: make the children pay for being born that way they wouldn't dare run out of their mother's anus when being born. That's the best way, there's no need to hold the parents accountable even thou, they knew very well that the world is overpopulated and decided to have unprotected sex anyway. Simple and they call bill Nye smart that's a load of baloney.

    Ah, thought because it said that after how it referenced that larger Niger families have a low carbon footprint making it permissible, but other larger families was not such presumably because they didn't have a low carbon footprint.
