Will take a look when I come home
Also, if an officer in the sub-registrar office gets wind of this, they'll just be bribed to not inform the tax authorities. And for someone who can gather up hard cash equal to five or ten times the typical upper middle class annual income in Bangalore (which is easily among India's most expensive cities to live in) paying a bribe equal to some government pencil pusher's monthly salary is nothing (though it'll be a huge amount for the pencil pusher).
If in Germany, you can consider Schenker and/or XMG laptops. They make some of the best gaming and all-rounder laptops you can find in Europe.
Man, it sure is rough isn't it? But our generation just isn't good with money and can't save right? Just buy a house, it's cheap. Let me go back and buy a house for 20k like you did and then I'll have no complaints.
If I could buy a nice property in Bangalore for just three times my annual income like my parents and grandparents did, then no complaints from me. But the same or similar properties now will cost 15 times (or even 20 times, depending on area) my current annual income before taxes. And I'm upper middle class by today's standards: my dad's family was poor and mom's was lower middle class back then. This means that - relatively speaking - I'm actually in a higher segment of income than they were back then, but still can't afford shit. The best I can do is a 900 square foot plot on the outskirts of Mysore (wife's home town) near an industrial area, and even that is difficult and I need a home/realty loan for which I'll spend several years repaying.
I'm on like roughly maybe 45-50k before tax. It varies a little depending on the monthly incentive (some months may be like 50 bucks, some may be like 100 or 200, mostly sitting around 70-100 atm) and then if I do much higher pay work (a whole like extra 40-50 bucks a week woohoo). The blocks of just land are like 300-400k for like 200-300m2. It's fucked. Unless I moved to buttfuck nowhere.
I'm on annually roughly INR 1.5 million before taxes. A 1200 square foot (111.5 square metre) plot here in Basavanagudi would cost INR 24 to 30 million. That's 16 to 20 times my annual income. And, I would like to remind you again: I'm middle to upper middle class here.
My equivalent income in AUD, after adjusting for PPP, would be 100k per year before taxes. That's double what you make.
Yeah. That's how fucked the real estate market is here.
Goodnight, ear hair trimmer +.+
i have read Ozymandias multiple times but today i felt it hearing this
I'm buying Lenovo Legion 5 PRO 2022 that's it, I decided. No more changing.
Yeah, real shit.
You didn't even bother considering Schenker and/or XMG?
* Inserts seeds of doubt once again into Josips's mind *
Seriously though... That's not a bad model. But it depends on what configuration you get. It's not worth it if you're getting one with an older GTX 1650M (a decision that I made and I now somewhat regret). Try getting one with at least an RTX 3050. And try seeing Ryzen 5/7 models; you should be fine with Ryzen 5/7 4000 series models such as the Ryzen 5 4600H and Ryzen 7 4800H (both of which are beasts and certainly future-proof by laptop standards) but ideally look for Ryzen 5 5600H and Ryzen 7 5800H. Don't bother with Intel i5 and i7 for now.
And, once again: Don't bother with anything that comes with HDD. NVMe SSD only and make sure the laptop has slots free for expansion.
It's actually a nice model. It depends on what kind of specs he gets though.
There's also RDNA 3 and nvidia 4000 this year, which could also change options and pricing, but if you keep waiting you'll never get something.
I agree. It's best to buy now, especially since he's not looking for some gaming monster but something for day-to-day use and only casual gaming.
