Synopsis

Megumin is a young and passionate wizard from the Crimson Demon Village, a remote community of mages with red eyes and a flair for the dramatic. She has devoted her life to mastering explosion magic, a powerful but impractical spell that leaves her drained of mana and unable to move for the rest of the day. Regardless, she refuses to learn any other skills.

Along with her childhood friend and self-proclaimed rival, Yunyun, Megumin enrolls in the Red Prison: a prestigious academy for Crimson Demon magic users. There, she learns more about the secrets and history of her clan, as well as the threats and challenges they must face. As she polishes her power at the Red Prison with the help of her loyal familiar Chomusuke and her adorable little sister Komekko, Megumin aims to become the greatest explosion wizard of all time!

Episode 1 was good. Wonder who that lady was that inspired Megumin to learn explosion magic? The school is pretty chilld.

 

Episode 2 was good. Komekko found a cat and Megumin claimed it as her familiar. A Gargoyle found them in the forest and the villagers destroyed the village killing it.

 

Epsiode 3 was good. Soketto completely misunderstood Bukkororii. It also seemed like he'd end up alone, but it turns out that Soketto can't see her own fortune, so likely they'll end up together.

 

Episode 4 was ok. Kind of had Megumin sticking up for Yunyun lol.

 

Episode 5 was good. Nice to see Megumin finally lock explosion magic and let one out!

 

Episode 6 was good. Megumin god 300k free from the demon lady that wanted to take Chomusuke but she was chased out lol. Now Megumin is starting her journey.

 

Episode 7 was ok. Megumin made it to the city with the Axis cultists. Didn't go well lol.

 

Episode 8 was alright. Father Zesta got out of jail in the end lol. I feel kind of bad for the demon girl.

 

Episode 9 was good. Yunyun did well protecting the carriage and Megumin did well against the demon lady.

 

Episode 10 was ok. Yunyun and Megumin both having a rough time finding a party.

 

Episode 11 was ok. The town is going nuts over a demon, it's also after Chomusuke. Megumin and Yunyun are conflicted on what to do.

 

Episode 12 was good. Yunyun said some real nice words to Megumin, thinking she was asleep. Too bad she wasn't. Yunyun and her rag-tag team did well against the demon and Megumin finished it off! Megumin revealed to Yunyun she wasn't asleep. Then in the end, she finally joined Aqua and Kazuma.
