Boa wasn't really nerfed imo, she's not really been portrayed as physically a beast. She doesn't know ACoC. We've never really seen her use armament in combat I don't think? She turned like everyone to stone too. BB was only safe due to his DF nullifying her own. If BB > Rayleigh, Boa + Rayleigh > BB seeing as he agreed to flee or whatever.

Yeah, he didn't literally steal her power. He took her power (away) with his fruit and she did survive because of Rayleigh. It's the same thing.

 

I believe so. It's just like in the past BB has nullified fruits but not taken it. Time will tell I suppose.
