    Kuma story came i believe in Reverie arc but was hinted very minutely in saobody
    Actually I don't remember if it was hinted maybe becoz it had been log time lol so that's on me

    Oda always writes everything as vaguely as possible so he can fill it in later. He does this in an attempt to make it that nothing is inconsistent and people feel that x or y thing was eluded to. It's why we still get "This person" and "that thing" shit.
