While I do agree with core of it I do believe it needs to be reviewed especially Creamy layer should not be given in any case.Any guy in creamy layer getting reservation just goes on to cut the seat of anyone else who can actual benifit from it.

 

Based on what I've learned the past couple of years alone? I think we still need it. Sure, it does need an overhaul and some fixing here and there. But we need some form of affirmative action.
