Since both are Zexy mans fav's I picked randomly

This was a toughie. I'll have to go with Gil, mainly because I'm a Gil fanboy and I love almost everything about him. Makishima's a great Villain though, so if you haven't checked out Psycho-Pass, I suggest you do.

Dont know those two so i will hold my vote.

I wish Envy form FMA was in these villain tournaments he would rape the competition.

 

Makashima! He's one of my favorite villains.
