Cancelled [SIGN-UPS] SD Singing Contest #1

Welcome to the first Singing Contest ! Sing for us, let us enjoy your vocal talents, make your audience crazy !!​

Rules :

• Post on this thread to sign up
• Only one entry per person
• You're allowed to accompany yourself with an instrument or with the original song - as long as you sing. You also may sing without any accompaniment.
• You're allowed to do a duet if you wish so. The person you're doing a duet with is a member of SD of your choice.
• You can use http://vocaroo.com/ to record yourself or upload your recording. (there are other websites but I don't know them, if you know any, you may use them)
• PM me, with the suffix "SD Singing Contest", the link of your recording.
• Deadline is : Monday, June 12th, 10 pm GMT +2. It may be extended if there are not enough participants imo.
• The host (me) may also take part at any singing contest if he wishes.

And then, what happens ?​

• There will be a voting thread. Everyone will vote only once, for their three most favourite recordings.
• First gets 3 points, second gets 2 points, third gets one point.
• All entries will be anonymous until the results are revealed. The usernames of the contestants who reach the 3 first places will be shown.
• You may stay anonymous if you wish so. It has to be mentioned in the PM, otherwise you won't be if you end up in the 3 first places.
• It is forbidden to vote for yourself.
• I'll discuss about the prices with @Rohan. You'll know what the prices are when the voting thread is posted.

Theme : No theme for this first contest. You may sing whatever you like.

So this contest was a fail. The host has gone inactive for a while now and only one person expressed interest to participate. @daoko did you send your entry to @Lio ?

 

Sorry i cant sing i bet @Gobb and blaze (Changes name all the time ) are really good singer try it you guys .

 

I had an entry ready, but it's gone now >_> I actually didn't really get around to sending it because I didn't see the host online for some time.

Honestly, if I do an interest check for this later I'll see about running this myself?

There's not point. I did it on a bad mic. My partner got a new setup and would be a million times better to record on.
