No idea. Just googling it seems 30 USD is 25.25 Euro. USD isn't my currency, but it was the one I was going to use considering my steam is locked to it and it seems more of a neutral one

 

Yeah, doesn't seem. Best luck is probably searching by either highest to lowest price range and jumping in pages. Or if you have something specific in mind see if it's in your price range.

As mentioned, currency might end up being an issue when it comes to handing out the gifts.

I think the best way to handle this is to convert your own country's currency into USD. To make it easier you can just use Google (your currency to USD).

You can also view the Steam webpage's (without being logged in) contents in USD, so you can use that to your advantage as well. Alternatively, you can find the currency conversion rate to get to the currency Steam is in.
