Discussion Sugoi Desu Guide

SugoiDesu as we know has many unique features, however these features do not have a proper showcase which generally leads to members not knowing about these features at all. The best way to increase the showcase of the features is to make a Guide Thread and ensure that the link to the thread is given in the Welcome PM that a new member gets when he/she registers.

So basically, New member registers < Member gets a Welcome PM with a link to the Guide Thread < Member sees the Guide thread < Is impressed by the features and decides to go ahead with SugoiDesu.

Here are the sections which I think should be made where each area gets one unique post.

Unique Username and Usertitle customization​

Want to give your username and User Title a unique look ? Follow this guide to know how to do it !

First click on your username on the navigation menu.

On the dropdown that appears click on "Personal Details".

Clicking on that will re-direct you to this page known as Personal Details. Here is a Direct link to Personal Details.

Now to describe the options.

"Custom Title" - This is where you put the text that you want to be your custom title. Please note that putting Image Codes will not work in your User Title. Please use text only for best results.

"Select font type icon" - Clicking on this will bring a dropdown where you can choose a font icon for your username. As this is a font icon, you can choose a color for the icon on the color dropdown at the right.

"Select server type icon" - Clicking on this will bring a dropdown where you choose custom images as an username icon. As this is a custom made image, you cannot choose a color for the icon.

"Custom Username Color" - Clicking on the color dropdown to the right will give you a wide selection of colors to apply to your username.

"Custom Usertitle Color" - Clicking on this color dropdown will give you colors to apply to your User Title.

"Reset to default" - Clicking on this option will rest your chosen color to the default username color of the theme you are using.

After you are done choosing the look of your username, click on "Save Changes".

After that your username and User Title will appear as you choose it.

If you want to change your username and usertitle look again, repeat the above process.

Now for the next area,

Is there a limit to Username Changes ?

Is there a cool down to Username Changes ?

If there is a limit and you run out of usernames, whom do you contact to get a new username ?

If you hit the limit, how long will it take before it resets and you can change your username again ?

 

Seems perfect to me.

 

What is the cooldown ?
