    Can you make a 150 X 300 blank sample ?

    Basically a blank avatar with boundaries which shows how 150 X 300 looks like.

    It would similar to the ones in NB's Q&A thread.

    Do special Characters work in the Username Change option ?
    If they don't, can an admin add the special characters or does it include mods and Gmods.
