For a regular MLA, they don't:
- Shut down a three kilometre stretch of road from Lalbagh's main gate till RV Road metro stop.
- And then cordon off another eight kilometres from RV Road metro stop till Bannerughatta road.
- And shutter all shops & establishments along the route, preventing people from coming out on to the footpath even. They even kicked people out of parks which run parallel to the metro rail in question.

I have witnessed a lot of VIP bullshittery over the decades. This is new and unprecedented even by Modi and Shah's standards.
