Anyone, who does horrible things to harm innocent people is a peace of shit and terrorist in my eyes. Doesn't matter what they claim to believe or where they come from.

That also counts for some of my own people.. who still think that being a Nazi is a good thing and attacking innocent people in the streets will stop ISIS.

But there's still a big difference between being a terrorist and a psychopath. One person thinks he/she is doing it for a greater purpose, while the other one does it because it's something they feel like doing.
It's a horrible act, but the motives behind the action are different.

A terrorist is someone who inflicts terror (unlawful acts or violence or intimation) you can easily be a psychopath and be a terrorist

True, but even if the terrorist is bonkers, he's still doing it to intimidate and frighten others from someone who's higher ranked than him/her
