Shit characters, both of them. Madara wins solely due to the fact that Vegeta comes from Dragon Ball.

 

This is a Sophie's Choice because they both suck more cock than every porn star on the planet combined.... so I'll toss a coin and say Vegeta for the hell of it.

 

I know this is the equivalent of shouting "God sucks" in a church, but I hate DB,

One episode with vegeta in it is worth more than all of madara's screentime put together. Vegeta for me.

Now I could go into detail as to why vegeta was a better villian considering he is the only,villainous one bewteen the two but I dont think ill need to.

Oh yes I,know that but vegeta is still the better one. I mean this topic all comes down to opinion and while I still think vegeta is the better in my opinion (like he isn't a carbon copy of all the major villains in the series like Maddy though he does share similarities) I'm sure I can prove he was the better written one too. Overall its Vegeta>Maddy for me.

I mean madara literally comes of as a hero/good guy and I pretty much agree with all his actions that so i dont even like to think of him as a villain. There is no way I could put him above vegeta in villainy.
