Ask the Staff.

I can't tell who is a Staff member at a glance to the Online list. You need to put some effect (Bold, Glow or whatever) and choose a uniform color from Red, Orange and Green for Admins, Gmods and Mods. It's also suggested that you do not give shades of these three colors to the normal members.

Also need to put a legend on that below the Online Member list.

Also, I would like it if the Online member list is at the bottom rather than the side. The side format seems conjusted.

Umm, not really. If you have a problem, you would be annoyed if you go to someone with that color and realize he/she is not a Staff member. It's for consistency and to distinguish the Staff from the normal members.

Plus, we have enough colors : Brown, Black, White, Silver, Gold, Grey, Pink, Purple, Blue, Lime and Sea Green (Both close to Green) and Yellow (Orange color should be removed from normal member selection). I think it's more than enough. We don't need any more colors cause on 90 % forums a normal member won't get any of these colors (Except for Black and White). I think anybody will be satisfied with the current color choices.
