Normal Game Thread Big Trouble in Little Salem

I really hate the argument of "If they were Town they would do X" I have seen this be correct maybe once if I am being generous.

 

That's not really the argument I was making. Just that, if you really felt like the small "s" was a slip given that you knew Maple would also have had that in his PM it would have made more sense for you to ask him first before claiming it was a slip rather than how you did it. It's not really a "town do this" thing, and just simply a matter of what, logically, would have been the more reasonable play.

Well, the day is about to end and the result probably isn't going to change, so I have a quick question for you @Ratchet

Your ability was one-shot arms dealer, right? I might be completely wrong because this is the first time I've encountered such a role (I assume it's something like inventor?), but from the sounds of it, it seems as if it's more useful if you used it early game? Idk, you might not have foreseen that town would reach lylo so quickly, but it sounds as if it takes two whole day phases to actually take effect, like some roundabout vig. Were you just uncertain on who to trust? Sorry, if I'm making you repeat stuff.

Setup information can be found in the setup information above. What did you guys think of the game? I originally expected the game to be town sided because of the OGC, but it looks like it was mechanically wolf sided in the end. Surprising for me.

The official player reviews are gonna be a little late because I'm kinda limited in my time right now, for reasons implied in the thread previously.

yeah, I don't know how I would convince both Cris and Ratchet to vote for CF given what it would take to convince Ratchet alone. GG Scum played good game.

 

Did Scum have a regular kill on top of their extra kills? If so its laughably overpowered for Scum.

 

Mafia had 1kp + 2 vigilante shots. Math works out to village having mislynches equal to the number of primary mafia members which is supposed to be enough for an OGC game.

 

tbh, I never played an OGC game before so I had no idea how to take advantage of it x'ddd

EBWOP: This is discounting the additional KP town has and their ability to save/miss/etc.

 

Yeah, OGC wasn't used much and a few TPR died early, making it pretty much impossible for Town to win.
