Synopsis

When a humble merchant named Banaza is summoned to the magical kingdom of Klyrode in another world, the citizens hope he will become the hero who can take down the threatening Dark Army. Unfortunately, Banaza does not gain any exceptional powers at level one as hero candidates usually do, and he has no way of returning to his old world. As compensation, he is sent to live in a faraway forest. Upon arriving, Banaza levels up once and suddenly gains limitless powers that he now has no idea what to do with.

To avoid drawing attention, Banaza changes his appearance and assumes the name Flio. While away from home, he stumbles across a young demi-human girl named Fenrys, who is seemingly searching for the same forest Flio was sent to. However, she attacks him and reveals her true identity—a lupine demon. Luckily, Flio's unrivaled magic overpowers Fenrys, and she swears undying loyalty to him. However, Flio refuses to hold power over her; the two instead begin pretending to be a married couple and embark on a new life together.

Episode 1 was great. It's interesting the protagonist, Flio came from a very similar world to start with. Although his wasn't kind to beast folk and enslaved them. When being summoned to the new world, his stats were basic average, as he expected with his background as a merchant. The people performing the ritual for the king were bummed, but they had summoned a second person that had 999 stats and seemed ot be the hero. They treated them very well and basically sent Flio to die. Flio is super chill about it though lmao. After killing some slime he got infinite stats basically and is just broken now at level 2. Even casting teleportation magic without issue which is extremely advances. When trying to make some money at the adventurer's guild, he offered to take a cute little girl there with his magic but he was promptly cornered by angry women misunderstanding him. After teleporting them all, it turns out the girl is a demon. Flio sent the women back and is now alone to fight.

 

Episode 2 was good. Flio completely outclassed Fenrys, she could literally do nothing. After being drained of magic, Fenrys submitted. Flio spared her and then she wanted him to be her master. The "hero" got a bunch of soldiers killed hanging in the back and running while they tried to fight chaos bears. He also hasn't been able to raise his levels any more. Fenrys is very happy to be playing the wife if Flio for cover. Going to the guild, they accepted a mission to take out the chaos bears. They ran into the knight ladies again and saved them, then tamed a chaos bear and transformed it. The knight girls are Balirossa, Belano, Blossom and Byleri. They were grateful and after Flio said Fenrys was his wife, she got very agreeable to the girls staying around and Flio training them.

 

Episode 3 was good. Flio got a bit of a shock waking up with Fenrys in the room lol, then he recalled the issue of them sleeping alone. The training of the knights isn't going overly well, but they're trying their best. Fenrys got raw meat together for a lunch for the group not realising humans don't eat raw meet. Flio and Balirossa prepared a proper cooked lunch for everyone. Even Fenrys approved. Flio has been offered repeatedly to join the knights but keeps refusing. While going into the guild, Fenrys learnt how to cook, which was a struggle, but she did get there. Uliminas visited and thanks to her, Fenrys secret was out in the open. The knight girls were fine with it thanks to how nice she had been to them. Uliminas challenged Flio to a fight and lost. Then she later came back with dragons and they all got taken out. Blossom even became a dragon slayer thanks to Flio's magic being used on what she threw, which killed a dragon. The other girls begged for the same help but they had already fled.

 

Episode 4 was good. The dark one himself came to visit. He seems to have a thing for Balirossa lol. Due to Gholl's frequent visits, the king thought that Flio was joining him. The hero set out to recruit or kill him. In the end, Flio transported the whole house and farm away. This angered Gholl who is now going to attack the capital.

 

Episode 5 was good. The hero hid again while the dark army attacked. The king wanted the hero drawn to court. With no choice left, the mages including the king cast purification magic and the demons fled. Majority ended up in a coma with it buying a few months before the demons could return. The princess took up the duties of the king and kicked the hero to the curb. Flio and Fenrys had a nice date. Flio also set up a partnership with a shop owner in town for selling his goods. The hero raided the treasury of the castle and a sword talked to him. It's a djinn that can grant wishes at the cost of sacrifices. The first wish was for Flio to be killed. Fenrys blocked an attack meant for Flio which wasn't needed, but she was seemingly mortally wounded. Now Flio is going to **** shit up.

 

Episode 6 was good. Flio just started beating the shit out of the djinn by hand. Her magic was useless, he even punched through a spell. While he was doing this, he didn't realise he learnt djinn magic and turned back time on Fenrys, saving her. Fenrys didn't want to see Flio kill someone, which he stated before he never wanted to do. The djinn Hiya is now serving Flio lol. Flio also proposed to Fenrys and when they were about to get intimate discovered Hiya spying on them lol. The hero also got what he had coming. A trapped magic user Damalynas also took over the girl's body that was with the hero and used magic to turn him into a monster under her command.

 

Episode 7 was good. The princess continued her search for Flio, without much luck. Fenrys has taken Hiya under her wing for cooking and then cleaning. The poor knight girls have had their jobs taken from them by Hiya and are now "deadbeats" Now they've taken to expand the land to do more farming and magical beast raising. Hiya is going to grow crop that aren't usually in that region with magic to sell for more profit. In the town where Flio does business, the mage Damalynas and the hero-turned monster attacked. The princess was there during that time. Hiya dealt with them without issue. The princess, Elizabeth also finally met Flio and asked him to be their hero and she was turned down. The little mage Belano is also going to be a teacher at a school. The hero and Tsuya are in prison and seemingly awaiting execution.

 

Episode 8 was good. Started out with Balirossa having a dream (nightmare) of her and Gholl getting married LOL. The girls are convinced it's love sickness and she's in love with him. Looks like the princess and some of the others finally figured out that Flio was the banished summoned hero. The hero managed to escape from jail and stole a magical item shovel. This ended up coming in handy helping them escape from the guards when they were in the surrounding land. Gholl has a brother that seems intent on overthrowing him. Gholl paid a visit to the group by chance stumbling into them. Flio is also a bit sad that the relationship between demons and humans is worse than demihumans and humans in his own world. Most demons also can't control expelling the energy which is harmful to humans.

 

Episode 9 was good. Started out with Fenrys cooking up another storm. She's come a long way. There was some teasing of kids. The princess came by and confirmed Flio's identity. After some discussion and trust on the princesses part, Flio is helping her by protecting villages out of their reach. The hero and Tsuya were managing to get by, but were kidnapped to be sacrifices for an evil god for Gholl's brother who is staging his insurrection.

 

Episode 10 was good. Started out with Gholl and Uliminas going over the end of Gholl's rule. Gholl was asked to go back to the demon realm. Uliminas confronted the infernal four, key pillars and supporters that are meant to eliminate traitors. Due to Gholl not going overboard with the war, they've either turned impartial or in support of his brother. Uliminas also confronted Gholl's brother but was easily taken out. When Gholl appeared and the challenge was issues, he gave up his position without a fight as there was no point without support. Afterwards, he even took his brother out without effort. Everyone but Balirossa was fine with the two demons coming to live there. She eventually relented but is always watching them. After some conversation she was able to move forward a little. The hero and Tsuya are almost out of the demon territory.

 

Episode 11 was alright. Fenrys won some tickets to a getaway at a spar. But for a minimum of 3 people up to 15. So naturally, the whole group tagged along. Fenrys wasn't happy because she was wanting to be a lone with Flio. The dark army higher ups were also getting away to the same place due to poor moral. Things were fine, until two of the people of the demons started fighting. The hero and Tsuya also turned up and the hero had taken a gem from the demons which turns out made him go out of control and turn into a demonic power. After some deliberation, Gholl went in to help but his brother finally noticed him, now seems like they're about to fight.

 

Episode 12 was ok. Gholl finished dealing with his brother without much issue. Then, the staff used the magic in the clothing to restrain the troublemakers. Fenrys slapped the hell out of the hero. It was nice to see Uliminas enjoy the hotspring with Balirossa. The staff treated the group well, very thankful for their help. The princess was also crowned queen and seems the king fled somewhere.
