kishi helped in the chocho arc and that was gutter.
Apart from Sarada Uchiha arc;Movie adaptation and Time Travel arc(becoz of nostalgia otherwise it sucked) entire series sucks donkeyballs. Manga is equally bad with even worse part is art. Even the fights drawn are so poorly executed that it literally shitting on any legacy naruto had.

The standalone side char episodes are some of the worst shit i have ever seen.

For the knee to recover? 8 to 9 months to fully recover and I could walk properly again. It took yet half a year more after that till I could properly run and jump again.

For me to get in shape? 6 months; lost 12 kg in those months and physical fitness improved substantially.
