Changed my CPU fan today, did not go well. But got a considerable drop in my temps (about 20°)

 

Both. earlier I had this intel stock fan with those plastic pins and one of them broke, so temps went 90+ and PC shitted on me a lot. So I bought a new one this time with screws but they need to have a bracket attached behind the MoBo, so I had to take out the motherboard from the case and disconnect all the cables from it. Reconnecting them was a massive pain since I don't know shit. Took me about 2 hours just to find that the PC isn't booting, turns out I didn't connect the front panel pins correctly, So another 10 minutes to see a youtube tutorial. But now its all good except my Internet is 10x slower now, so I have to trouleshoot that as well
But hey it's a lot less noisy and I can probably overclock now

 

Yeah lol, thanks to Linus Tech Tips. Yeah I should prolly invest in a longer ethernet cable and go wired. WiFi sucks
