Most old folk I know did not have arm swelling for as long and have far less severe side-effects.

I asked two of my mother's siblings (both top doctors) about this. They say most of the SARS-COV-2 vaccines in the market right now give younger folk more severe side-effects than older folk. They don't know why.

I would advise getting the vaccine as soon as it is widely available there.

And I say this as someone who was highly sceptical of the two vaccines being manufactured here.

A lot of pro vaxxers - including myself before - have issues with the SARS-COV-2 vaccines. He may have some legitimate concerns.

Sister's fiance is strongly pro-science and pro-vaccine. He also refused to take the shot that was available to him then, saying he'll wait for another that is on the way.

It's not about protecting you, but the people around you.

There are people out there who can't get vaccinated. There is also the possibility of the virus mutating in an unvaccinated body and a new deadlier strain coming out and spreading.

It's your duty.

Common man, it's like a flu jab.

It also means your are likely to spread the virus in its full glory.

Get vaccinated in order to protect others, not yourself.
