Toguro looks so shit with 100%, in fact, his power is shit as well...gosh I hate him so much. He's such an uninteresting character...he's just there being strong lol

Flipping 'eck that Rei-gun it's pissing me off atm, it's giving such importance to the character but he keeps using it and doing no dmg with it...it's like Naruto doing Rasengans and doing heck all...bruh...

 

100% of 100% Toguro...just piss off already, you are a shit character, legit 0 development, he's just strong for the sake of being strong, I'm getting annoyed now, what's next? 100% of 100% of 100% ?????????????????????????????

 

Finally he's defeated, bloody hell Toguro must be the most overhyped shit character I've ever seen. Nothing interesting about him, he's just one buffed hype machine who has loads of power for whatever bloody reason, he's written so badly, I expected more from this fight but the second he went 100% I knew it was over, he looks too shit design wise to even look anywhere intimidating to the viewer. Toguro's 100% form is legit a toddlers first attempt of drawing a strong person lmao

 

I guess that's the end of Dark Tournament arc, I mean it's not bad, it's just Toguro is so shit, it made me mad it ended that way rather than making me feel sad seeing it end.

 

becoz YYH is old like it Jojo level old.Probabaly was going alongside Stardust Crusaders

 

but JoJo is good for the the age, even now. I can see the YYH appeal but man...I just can't get over the characters, the villains are just bruh

 

no many things change especially the quality of animation and the workload animators have to do.

a simple example will be this and you will realise how close this is to YYH

 

I'm not talking about animation though, JoJo's story and characters are good even without animation. Dio alone is a better and more interesting character than any villain I've seen yet in YYH and I'm not even being biased.

Idk I don't really mind YYH just to be clear, it's a good watch so far.

 

I'm just so amazed to see the jump in quality from YYH writting to HxH writting. It's like it's not the same mangaka.

HxH is written to such masterpiece level that it's insane to me to what I've seeing now in YYH. I love HxH even more now.

 

No i meant the style of animation do affect how you percive a story. YYH also has very low amount of filler like negligible so less than 200 chaps are bundled up in 110 ep so plot moves slowly. Its more comparable to Dragon Ball era plot lines

Dio has become interesting over time and has exploded after brilliant adaptation by Studio David. He also has most exposure and has appeared in 3 parts out of 8 prominently

when i or upsurge watched it like 14 years ago there weren't many other manga/anime to consume from and it was best of bunch that still holds today

 

I don't see how can animation make me like Toguro, he just does nothing and final fight is not even fun >_>
