I mean, the manga is just boring with a shit pacing and monthly chapters that should be making huge progressions in their 40+ pages but are instead padded with filler dialogue, boring DBS level fight scenes of endless panels of people just throwing identical punches and leg kicks and then the last 2 pages tease a cliff hanger of something actually meaningful happening and then in the next chapter it turns out to be nothing and the story gets derailed in some other stupid direction. Rinse and repeat.

And don't get me started at the absolute moronic writing and zero planning not just from arc to arc but from ******* chapter to chapter. One chapter will clearly establish something and literally two chapters later Kishi would realise he wrote himself into a corner and would blatantly retcon crucial information that was established literally TWO chapters ago. It's bizzare and only the most brain dead fanatics can actually still support this shitfest.

 

Also the manga is straight up ripping off DBZ designs now. The new bad guy's henchmen literally managed to be rip-offs of both frieza (visually) and zetsu (conceptually) at the same time which is like next level of laziness. Just look at this shit bruh



There is zero creativity in the series. It's ******* ridiculous

 

I was just checking their reactions to the reddit sub and apart from Doomers and Hardcore defenders i still see few comments like how Botato is gonna loses everyone and story will become dark Hinata and Himawari will dies something something
