    A good suggestion might be to listen to podcasts in case reading is too demanding (when im about to get a migraine my vision starts getting all weird so idk how it is for you)

    For me, I start seeing flashes of light and it feels like someone is drilling into my temples.

    Anyway... I just read a book. It was relaxing.

    I had it a few times when I was younger (elementary and high school years).

    Mine starts with a random spot of light combined with sort of losing vision in one eye from the corner and eventually full eye but this part lasts only for about 30 mins or hour and then goes away when the headache properly kicks in (and feeling sick etc)

    It's a whole thing. Pre Xmas with brother, then visited some other family for the day today, Dad's birthday tomorrow then brother's bucks party on 31.
