I'mma say it, Sekiro>Elden Ring for me.

Now when I've beaten Sekiro there's few things which I like more in Sekiro than Elden Ring and mostly resolves around bosses.

I'd say Sekiro bosses are much better in terms of design and gameplay. In Elden Ring hand on heart, at least 50% of bosses just spam shit.

From first boss to last boss in Sekiro I felt I got punished for my mistakes only, not looking at my posture or getting the rhytm wrong, in Elden Ring most of times I just got bullshited.

I am also glad Sekiro had little to non 2v1 bosses where Elden Ring had many.

Also my favorite bosses in Sekiro are Owl in Castle and Ashina last fight, where I can't say the same for Elden Ring for the last portion of the game because it just felt spammy and meh.

Ashina as well IMO is the best end boss. I honestly had so much fun fighting in a badass open field and 2 men going with katana's back and forth, it's just epic badassness!

Not saying Elden Ring is bad since ER is better in other scenarios, but IMO Sekiro fits me much better and natural compared to classic Dark Souls type of fight, ER felt very slow and passive while Sekiro felt very aggressive and fun.

 

Also true! Now when I think about it, out of how much 168 bosses? Like 50% are world mobs with a boss health bar

 

I enjoyed it :D were free rune or lvl boosts for the most part :D

 

Welp for open world I''ll allow it but man, would be so much better if it had more variety with zones and such, hopefully DLC fixes this!

You planin on getting Zelda?
