    exactly my point, if the screen was bloated it would have been even worse lmfao

    it's easy to have no lag when the game was like previous games, this is an open world game...even Elden Ring has massive lag spikes at times on PC let alone Switch.

    At least be realistic.

    You can't make an impressive open world game on a nintendo switch, it's easy to shit on but it's a fact, you don't need to be a game dev to know that lol no Nintendo Games is without lags...TOTK is having FPS drops constantly yet it's GOTY apparently lol

    I can't believe I'm arguing over the fact that Nintendo Switch is a bad console spec wise for developers to work for, I'm sure as a dev you'd rather have less limitations when making a game.

    Put the same game on a stronger console and you'd have a better performance, isn't that logical.

    Of course it would because GF is incompetent. The game put out before the current one legends arcus looks and runs better.

    No one is saying you can. We're saying it could and should look better, or at the very least run better, but game freak are either incompetent or just don't give a shit and shit out a turn and it'll break all sales anyway.

    It's not just about FPS dips, it's also about the quality of the game itself. The Zelda game is more detailed and ambitious and I would wager has better framerate overall probably.

    Also, the last raid even thing that GF put out that is meant to be weekly was a ******* month ago. Citing it was removed because of incorrect rewards or something. It's been A MONTH and they still HAVEN'T fixed it or released a different event, nothing. GF are just bad devs, sorry bro.

    Yes, switch is a piece of shit tablet from like 2015. Still GF would probably do barely better on PS5 hardware.

    But Arceus is a highly different game than a mainline game as well.

    I am not defending GF because IT SHOULD be better but again I do understand the struggle because what the FANS want, can't be done on a Nintendo Switch that's why the outrage is big.

    Also the deadlines are different compared to Arceus, mainline game must be in a line with TCG, anime, merch...

    While Zelda has all the time in the world.

    Having devs on constant pressure has nothing to do with GF, it's overall a bad experience.

    My point is they could reuse assets from Arceus (Trees, grass, rocks, etc). But it looks worse in every way.

    I don't think my expectation is unrealistic. So many other switch games look better. Honestly, GF should've just stuck to 2d.

    But they could get help from any number of other nintendo studios. I'm pretty sure they always refuse help. They also now actively cut out pokemon to resell as dlc lol.
