    Is something wrong with Steam? It is taking ages to launch for me, and seems to only launch in offline mode.

    My internet clearly isn't the issue. 125 mbps DL, 113 mbps UL, 9 to 11 ms ping, can play a 2160p video on youtube without buffering.
