My only one issue with very cold weather is that I can't bring myself to go swimming or take cold baths, both of which I love.

 

bro doesn't know he actually have it easy with warm weather, you can't do shit with cold and snow ffs

 

There is a difference between warm and hot.

You can do as you please in warm weather. I'm talking when it's like 25 to 30 Celsius with reasonable humidity.

Now try doing anything outdoors in 40-48 Celsius weather.

 

at night is not that much, so on average I can do more than I could do in cold.

Feels like I'm doing yoga everyday at work, the positions I find myself in...bruv...my whole body hurts

 

At least this should give your body extra workouts and help with flexibility and mobility

 

I'm definitely flexible though I wonder how they did the job when I was not here, no one seems flexible here
