They have issue but it won't collapse.
The more logical scenario would be that it would stagnate becoz of tension it has with most nation along with shrinking population becoz of One Child Policy

China abolished the One-Child-policy back in May 2015. They do have demographic issues, but the One Child Policy is no more. They may also allow up to three children since May 2021. There be some criteria to meet, but most people apparently pass those with only moderate difficulty.

Hmm... This I believe. But what about those Serbians? They are really ramping up their small arms production, including of modular pistols and rifles that are deemed still experimental. They've even developed closer ties with the US in the design and manufacturing processes. Huge red flag.
