i doubt many arabs whining are SJW and they have legitimate issue that MENA actors are probably getting overlooked but i One Piece adaptation should be last place you will be whining about that

and ancient egypt doesn't mean modern one. Its just out there with other things like Atlantis, giants in jack and the beanstalk or fairies on which skypeia is probably inspired dunno tbh

if people want every inspiration to be absolute it will be bit hard to find people who live in sky for next arc

 

Maybe they expected some Arab representation but were disappointed. They should wait for Koza/Chaka/Pell etc.

One of the reason i don't take any manga seriously after naruto. Lower expectation makes you enjoy simple high points but very high expectation for anything makes everything dull even great parts

i was same for Wano before it became Oden cocksuking fest

 

The problem with Wano was its length. If you condense it to 60 chapters and pipe down on the Oden wanking to around Noland level, you've got the best arc in manga history.

 

probably becoz oda wanted luffy to grow in that arc as very powerfull

he was fighting someone like every 5 chaps while fights of others got offpaneled
