Then there is my former service provider, who keep calling me and asking to pay outstanding bills, but I refuse to because they owe me money. Clarification: they own me refundable security deposit, which they claimed to have sent to my bank account in June 2024, but have not and they refuse to show proof even after I submitted all three of my bank account statements to their support staff. They even refuse to accept broadband surrender requests because of three months' bill outstanding (during which time they had cut off my internet services i.e. they issued bills for services not even provided).

Ripped out their modem and wiring, took it to their main branch, dumped it in front of them, made a scene, and told them to expect a consumer court summons.

I feel you. My new net connection is having issues. My wife is at home working on mobile hotspot. Thankfully, the 4G/5G signal in our apartment is good, and her mobile has fantastic reception. Signal is strong in enough that three devices connected to it can stream in 720p without buffering.

The state of telecom companies nowadays... I tell you, my man, I often feel like these motherfukkers need a severe beating. I mean the management, of course. The average worker has my sympathies.
