I find Dragon the most hype because he is literally in the shadows, I wonder if he is the puppet master.

Luffy's bounty wasn't even reflected by Dragon even when the info of him being the kid of him was out.

Huh? Every character so far who had potential had certain moments which justified the hype.

Rocks had his God Valley moment, Garp is the hero of Marines, Roger is the PK...and they all had their moments to justify the hype.

Dragon has nothing other than opposing the WG where Luffy is doing anyways.

He has literally 0 legendary moments to justify his title is that not right? Did I miss something?

 

Dragon is barely present or mentioned in any of the flashbacks. He is basically non existent as a character in the story.
