Anyway...

Rampant sexual abuse/assault, murder, bodies buried in secret locations in the Western Ghat forests, along the Netravati river's banks, even supposedly on private plantations. Victims include young women and supposedly girls as young as twelve. The latter has gained increased credibility since more and more families of missing children are now coming forward, having the courage to do so thanks to international media attention. Yes, this is a global story now.

Some supposed graves have indeed turned out to be empty. In others, human skulls and even documents have been found (a PAN card and a bank debit card in two cases).

The allegations coming out since July are confirmation of suspicions I and many people here have had since bloody 2008. People always went missing at Belthangady taluk, where Dharmasthala is located. The authorities always chalked it up to hikers/trekkers getting lost in and dying on the forested hills, being taken by leopards and/or tigers (both are present in the taluk and do attack people) or being killed by angry male gaur and/or elephants (also present in good numbers and known to kill people regularly).

A KPS (Karnataka State Police Services) top-cop who tried to investigate this shit some fifteen years ago was later found dead, apparently of suicide. Of course, his family and colleagues insist he was not suicidal and no person in Karnataka with half a functioning brain believes it was a suicide. Some have chalked up his murder to a mining/real-estate mafia he was investigating. But his "suicide" comes just as he decides to start looking into disappearances at Belthangady? Must be a coincidence, right?

So a lot of people here have been suspicious of Dharmasthala for a while now.

I don't find games enjoyable if the games achievements are terrible. Especially if the acheivements mandatory need you to play in online lobbies and stuff WITH people.

I am playing RDR2 and my enjoyment of the game is literally meh because I know my love for collecting achiements is ruined because I need to play online.

Dharmasthala must have taken some pointers or notes from the Catholic church and Mossad.

The head family running the Dharmasthala temple has connections to several former CMs, several former governors, former HC and SC Chief Justices, as well as a certain wealthy financier who is eating-buddies with Amit Shah. By the way: Amit Shah comes to this guy's house in Bangalore. That is how powerful of a dude we're talking.

If anything happens to these people, I will be shocked.

The only reason this case blew up and an SIT was formed to begin with is not just because of guilty collaborators coming forward, but also because our current CM, thankfully, is a spiritual atheist and rationalist who is not blinded by religious bullshit, and he actually is rather good at his fukking job. If the BJP or JD(S) or even DKS (Congress, our current Deputy CM) was in power, this case would have been buried and silenced.
