    I can't do it without it. Just any RNG wouldn't work because members will just cheat to get the desired number. That thing has to be in the post so once the number is rolled, you can't change it and identify the roller at the same time.

    Ehh, IDK how that works.

    I mean the mod do the number for the person and edit the post with it. You would see, "A moderator last edited this post," and if they edit it that will not be there so you know if they cheat.
