I just like to do something that won't wake me up again. I used to listen to music or watch netflix, but the amount of times it would randomly wake me up again got annoying.

I suppose that makes sense, i think (although don't quote me on it) that overstimulating the brain before sleep can have negative effects, but it's just so sootthhinngggg +.+
