I mean, we are not here to bash countries or people.
It is shame, but all of this is not fault of citizens. They canot be in shame for something they didnt do. They can be ashamed of politicians they chosen, yes. But politician does as he pleases, he gets elected, gets his pocket full of money and disappears next election. In between he does as he pleases as to what's gonna give him best profit.

Someone allowed that and someone suffers from that. Those who suffer should be granted better conditions. Those who allowed- they should be fired, imprisoned and charged.
