You can have the birb bonker. It's silly and so should suit you.

Fistful of walnuts and almonds with dinner. A banana or two is also a good choice.

100 to 150 ml of tulsi tea or ginger tea after dinner and before bed (works for me but might not for everyone). Don't put any sugar in the case of tulsi tea. Have the ginger tea with only half teaspoon of sugar or less, nothing more.

Google tryptophan rich foods. Eat those for dinner at night. Oats are probably a good choice. I know oats are generally considered a breakfast dish but their tryptophan content does aid in sleep. I find that I sleep well at night whenever I have oats for dinner. Oats with yogurt/curds is excellent. And yogurt/curds is also rich in tryptophan plus aids in digestion so those are a bonus. Eggs are another good choice. But don't have fried eggs or omelettes. Hard boiled eggs are the way to go if you want to sleep. I recommend not more than one hard boiled egg. Have it with some salt and pepper.

Don't have heavy dinners. I find that whenever I have heavy dinners, I get sleepy indeed but I don't properly fall asleep and it's more of a disturbed sleep. Then I wake up next morning feeling like shite. But don't have a light dinner either. Then you'll just go to bed hungry and unable to fall asleep.

After dinner, go for a 20 to 30 minute stroll. I usually do so. On Saturday night, I did not go for my usual post dinner walk. I had trouble falling asleep and woke up on Sunday morning feeling like utter crap. Last night I went for a walk. I fell asleep quickly and I actually feel somewhat fresh today morning instead of having the Monday morning blues. You know how I said some things will work for some people but not for others. It's not so with this one. A short stroll after a meal is universally beneficial. Literally the only drawback to this is if you live in a bad neighbourhood, don't go out for a post-dinner stroll.
