It's awful because in some areas muncipals strictly cooperate with Police and what is more city hall, sometimes even courts and therefore abuse and exceed their power... Hidden traffic enf. camera? Sure. Illegal actions against citizens? Sure (they think they are police).

My question is- why the **** is this allowed. The Supreme Audit Office should ban muncipals from using traffic cameras, because they don't serve any purpose for safety. They are just a money making device, in most of cases installed in illegal place or disregarding the manual to purposedly distort the reading. Most notable cases? Guy driving 40kmph charged for supposedly driving 77kmph, and cherry on the top- reading of 94kmph on a truck going in reverse.
