As much as I dislike the fixation @loj usually has with physical appearance, I am on his side here. A missing tooth can interfere with things like eating and stuff. It can also affect speech. And if he wants to get a new tooth, who are we to talk him out of it? It's not like he's getting a F@cking nose job for the sake of looks or something [then we can criticize him all we want]. It's just a tooth. Something that actually has use.

For example: You know why I got my molar replaced? Because the root was F@cking infected and I was in terrible pain. I couldn't eat properly. Seriously, I was on a soft diet for a F@cking month.
