I mean, its the best DBZ game, but only if you like "traditional" fighting games.

Yeah, the prequel trilogy and The Clone Wars really make it clear that the Jedi were overcome with hypocrisy and hubris. Luke clearly explains as such in The Last Jedi (for casual fans) and it was even one of the contributing factors to his depression and exile.
