It's always sucks... In my company however they wouldnt fire anyone, were always understaffed. But people leave because we are also underpaid

 

Trump fuked us over, we work with tyres, and Germany has some problems now 'cause Trump fuking changed something some crap and fuk it now we are overstaffed. Usually we were understaffed 'cause there was too much work....

I might be fired next, my contract ends in September lmao
