-Gaussian on 2px, set on Soft Light about 70-75%
-Gaussian again set on 1px, lowered opacity to about 20%
-new later -> filter -> stylize -> Anisotropic -> Color Dodge(Linear) opacity to 15% {I think you told me this one}

-Gradient Maps gradient maps gradient maps everywhere!
particularly three grey colors and put on lighten, opacity about 40%
-Another Gradient Map, orange and blue one, set on soft light, 20%
-black and white one, set on soft light, opacity to 50%

-Gaussian again, 2.2 px, 50-60% set on Darken.
-New layer-> Sharpen-> opacity about 70-80%

-Exposure - 20
-Offset - 40

-Brightness/Contrast
-brightness - 15
contrast - 8

-Vibrance/ 45
Saturation / about 3-4

-New layer
-Topaz 5 filter -> Photo Smooth -> Apply -> Ok -> lower opacity to about 35%

Levels - middle box 1.08
Saturation - lightness to about 4

So, the only blur I use is Gaussian but I put them on different layer mods depending on how the picture looks and how I feel :^)
